Creamy Crock-pot Potato Soup {Recipe}

Creamy Crock-pot Potato Soup {Recipe}

Creamy potato soup is my absolute favorite soup. I could eat it during the hot summer {call me crazy!} and most importantly - during those cold winters. What's even better is making a big batch of it in the crock-pot to freeze later on. I like tossing in random vegetables that need to be eaten {think celery, onions, broccoli and carrots} as well as cooked bacon, lunch-meat and chicken sausage. Makes for quick easy meals when you have no energy or time. And that picky eater of mine? He likes potato soup too and that makes for a happy mama!

So grab your crock-pot and make some potato soup today!
