I call this my “Shamrock Smoothie.” It’s green, tastes good & is packed with good stuff. Enjoy!
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 frozen bananas
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1. Add the ingredients in your blender. Blend on high speed, until smooth.
2. Pour into glass & serve.
