Today’s craft is as EASY as it gets. If you have cookie cutters, paint and paper in your house, you are set. I seriously can’t stress it enough, it’s so easy! You have no excuse NOT to do this craft
with your child.
And this doesn’t have to be done just for spring. You can do this all year long and anytime you feel the need to get crafty.
So grab the supplies, your child & sit down for a fun craft.
Like I mentioned earlier, the supplies are just cookie cutters, paint & paper. Any cookie cutters will do. As well as any type of paint you have on hand. I have been doing all our crafts recently with Crayola’s Fingerpaint. I just love that stuff.
First squirt some paint on a plate. I decided to swirl the paint around to make it easier for lil man and make a fun rainbow effect.
Just dip your cookie cutters in the paint, then on the paper.
Once you have the design you want, let it dry. (And be sure to wash your cookie cutters ASAP so the paint doesn’t stay on them forever)
And that is pretty much it.
Wouldn’t this be great to design your own scrapbook paper? That’s what I’m planning on doing with ours, along with the pictures from this tutorial.
And this peeps, is a picture of the end result of a great craft event. One of the many reasons I like using paper plates-easy cleanup!
