Today’s craft is called Chicks & Bunnies. I tried to think of a snazzy name that involved the word “cup” but I was stumped. So Chicks & Bunnies it is! The other day I found these great paper cups in the wedding section of the Dollar Tree. I knew they would be perfect for this craft (as well as others) Ready to get started?
Here is what you need: yellow paint, paint brushes, foam, cups, cotton balls, wiggle eyes, hot glue gun, sharpies, scissors
While those are drying, cut out your foam pieces. I cut out ears & a nose for the bunnies (using a pink sharpie to color the instead of the ears.) And a nose, legs & feathers for the chicks. If you have feathers, you could use those for the tail for the chicks.
Then finish them off by hot gluing it all together. Don’t forget the whiskers for the bunny!
And wool-ah! They are done & ready to be put on display.
Join us tomorrow for another kid craft idea!
